What this site is for
Ted Labs presents the iPhone apps I design and build, and publishes a notebook about making them. The site sells nothing and collects no personal data. The apps are distributed exclusively through the App Store.
Each app has its own terms of use and privacy policy, reachable from its page. Those documents prevail over this one for anything concerning the app itself.
Intellectual property
The texts, the artwork, the Ted Labs name, the names and icons of the apps presented here, and the code of this site are mine. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
Third party trade marks and logos quoted in articles or visible in screenshots belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Mona Sans typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License, version 1.1.
Personal data and cookies
This site is static and sets no cookies. Traffic measurement goes through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views with no cookie and no personal identifier. The detail is on the privacy page.

The information published here, in the guides in particular, is given for guidance and may become out of date. The prices and features of third party services quoted change without notice. Outbound links point to sites whose content I do not control.
